Arya Global Cuisine, a Middle Eastern restaurant located in San Jose, has created a new dish: Pomegranate Pistachio Meatballs.
“This dish is the old mixed with the new,” said FeraHashemi of Arya Restaurant. “Pomegranate meatballs cooked to perfection with pistachios and simmered for hours in a pinot noir molasses sauce, a hint of spice with everything right.”
The restaurant has many styles of food from Italian to Persian. Arya features seafood, steaks, chicken, kebabs, great salads and pastas cooked to order.
