Lime House uses recipes straight from Japan. “My father taught me how to cook different kinds of ramen. He learned these recipes from Japan, back when he trained there to be a chef. Working as a family, we have added our own small modifications to make a flavor we all love. My aim is to pass on these delightful flavors to all Lime House diners,” Thanda added.
Even with the wide range of ramen options available, Lime House staff always prepare each dish with much care and creativity. “We want to make sure each dish has its own unique flavor. With that, our diners keep coming back to try our different ramen dishes. Though all of them have the same pork broth and miso base, the variety of ingredients in each dish make each one distinct in its own way,” Thanda said.
